Teams & Conditions for our Astrology Service

1. We give Reference Number with our first readings for you. You may need to give that number for future consultations. You can ask any number of questions related to your horoscope in paid astrology services.
2. For get any readings, you must pay us full amount. We don't send any email snaps or little readings as sample readings, till you fully pay our fees. If you trust & sensitive about us, we also trust & sensitive about you!
3. Sinhala version readings are only producing in astrologer's hand writing. Sinhala version readings send to foreign countries by scanning and attached to email. If you need to get original Sinhalese handwriting readings to foreign countries, we send it via Registered Air Mail with Sri Lankan Post. English version produce in MS-Word format send via only emails. Readings are only sending via one option among above three sending options.
4. After you pay fees, you can't ask for refund or transfer to another person. Cause we are already started our works on your birth chart after received fees. So other one's chance can be missed cause of your appointment in that month. Also for foreign people, our fees are excluded from international money transfer commission or tax fees. You need to pay it separately to your money transferring agent.
5. You must send all important letters or Money Orders in registered post only. We don't take any responsible for lost letters or Money Orders within postal services in Sri Lanka or aboard.
6. We psychologically analyze your horoscope's details & give you readings according to modern psychological techniques. So we don't loss your goals or we don't break down your mind into negative state. We introduce ways to how you can win your life goals with astrological wisdom.
7. For your requests, sometimes we will take late to reply for your email about 2 days or for SMS about 7 hours. Those latenesses are happening cause of personal or technological reasons. Also normally we send your readings after 7 working days, since the day you settled payments. But sometimes it can be delayed 2 or 3 working days cause of our personal or technological reasons. Please be patient such latenesses!
8. Currently we are doing horoscope readings and matching porondams (couple birth charts for marriage). When requesting occasions, we prepare other services for your especial tasks. We only do traditional Sri Lankan astrological services and help you to success your life from your own merit activities.
9. Misuse our financial details, personal details and other information in our web pages for SPAM, SCAM or illegal works or activities are prohibited. In such cases we take strong legal actions against those misusers with current local or international rules, regulations & laws.
10. If you gave us wrong birth details such as birth date or birth time, even you were paid, second time for your corrections you may need pay us full amount or 50% of full amount. Cause already we might prepared your readings with wrong birth details. So again we happen to start your work since starting point.
